🍀 TOMOE SUMMONS ADMIN
Tomoe would like to create opportunities to recruit more lovely admins/receptionists for class groups.
🍃 Based on the results of many years of working happily with children, we continue to expand the ecosystem for extracurricular experiences and education. Now we need more admins to join us.
- JOB DETAILS
- Manage students, interact with parents and students
- Draft documents, announcements and other administrative work
- Take care of the center's fanpage
- Work at the reception office
- Participate in the center's general assigned tasks
- You will also have the opportunity to try your hand at Tomoe's general work content such as participating in extracurricular programs, camping, summer camps for students in all regions of the country
- REQUIREMENTS
Probationary period: 2 months
Working period of at least 1 year.
Have a serious attitude towards work, always be on time, honest, patient, kind
Have experience, teamwork skills, be proactive and respect common living hours
Proficient in office skills: word, excel, powerpoint
Have basic skills in: canva design, shoot short clips to post on platforms such as TikTok, Youtube, etc.
You have experience in the education field is an advantage, however, if you do not but are interested and enthusiastic, proactive in work, we are willing to welcome you
Love children, love all species
Be honest, I am for everyone, have a broad view, great person
Know how to read books
If you know how to be vegetarian, believe in the Law of Karma, you are always welcome
Over 22 years old, normal health, clear mind, no need for treatment
Tomoe does not accept those who are having health problems and want to find a place to rest and heal because working with children is very hard
